The action Danza Urbana XL – curated by Associazione Danza Urbana – promotes the distribution and visibility of creations that were conceived for non-theatrical spaces and formats by young Italian and foreign dance makers, in festivals, showcases and seasons that belong to the Anticorpi XL Network, through the exchange of information, sharing of proposals, and setting up of a touring programme.

In 2019, 17 partners are taking part in this action; they selected 2 Italian proposals by means of a national call for applications, offering their insertion into their programme. Moreover, the partners share international proposals through an exchange platform which, starting this year has involved a collaboration with Red Acieloabierto, the Spanish network that includes 12 dance festivals in the promotion of creations for urban spaces.

Danza Urbana XL is one of the networking initiatives of Network Anticorpi XL
