The struggle for survival is a constant dynamic in nature. Ecosystems select members of a growing population. Those members of the population with a lesser degree of adaptation will probably not survive.
The ability to adapt to our environment is what keeps us alive.

Galápago is a dance piece that takes the theory of evolution and the origin of species as its main starting point.
Iván Benito
Iván Benito is a dancer and choreographer. Due to his urban roots he started his artistic career on the street, practising disciplines such as parkour (or the art of displacement) and capoeira. In recent years he has explored contemporary dance, assimilating it into his previous background of street culture and finding his own language in this mix. In 2018, he received first prize at the Burgos-New York International Choreography Competition. He is currently a member of the Ingrid Magrinyà company.
